无法定位程序输入点 cxlibraryvcld7.bpl 错误清除工具

在安装过几个版本的Dev express控件后，再想安装某个版本时候往往提示：无法定位程序输入点 ×××（某些函数） 于动态链接库 cxLibraryVCLD7.bpl 或其他cx*.bpl文件 死活无法安装上去的情况。
