STM32 FLASH模拟EEPROM

基于STM32 HAL库的 flash 模拟 EEPROM 实例，工程使用IAR EWARM7.60平台编译，如果使用低版本的IAR 平台打开可能会有警告提示，实例来自真实项目的一个温度控制子系统，mcu使用了stm32f103tb。

  *    the product used） refer to “HSE_VALUE“. 
  *    When HSE is used as system clock source directly or through PLL and you
  *    are using different crystal you have to adapt the HSE value to your own
