sparse bundle adjustment

由于bundle adjustment算法计算复杂度高，时间花费过多，所以选择了sparse bundle adjustment，该算法可参考multiple view geometry in computer vision 书中的附录6，另外这个文件也包含一篇介绍parse bundle adjustment以及如何使用该代码的文档
