STM32F407ZGT6串口通信demo3

demo3，使用串口中断，在中断完成收发，提高效率。取消用特殊标识符作为接收完成的标志。使用超时判断。（一个字节一个字节接收，每次接收计数值清零，当停止接收后，计数值不再清零，超过预设值就代表接收完成）
